Experience managing MS-SQL, Windows Server and/or IBM AIX Operating systems technologies
Experience with VMWare, vSphere, Exchange and Active Directory; working knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and Crystal Reports
Working knowledge of the various networking architectures and protocols; Develop and maintain automated database reporting functionality;
Act as the liaison between the Credit Union, technical groups and vendors to resolve application system problems;
Build, configure, troubleshoot and integrate new/existing servers to provide enhancements, application, deployments and infrastructure upgrades
Provides installation, maintenance and troubleshooting support of information systems applications and related peripheral hardware
Develop a strong working relationship with direct vendors to resolve hardware and software problems
Install software, hardware and related systems in a timely manner to maximize organizational performance;
Ensure all systems maintain appropriate levels of security, utilizing internal expertise or external vendors to conduct testing, troubleshooting, and/or to perform disaster recovery activities, as needed;
Maintain up-to date industry knowledge and awareness of emerging trends to aid in the research, identification and roll out of new technologies to create and/or support delivery channels.
Assist in the daily operations of the core banking platform; Ability to support and maintain numerous software applications, both financial and non-financial including but not limited to; MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Optical Imaging S/W, Accounting S/W and others.
Troubleshooting and ability to manage projects a must.
